• Hello. I recently got my website infected. And im trying to recover my serial numbers possibly via the file manager. Is there a way to copy the database to my new wordpress installation. I have already transferred my orders (2.4k) but there are around 2k serial numbers missing too.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Hello again.

Really appreciate your response. I did what you told me, managed to transfer the table from database to database but all of my serials instead of being actual words are some like this” weguhaoiuyg398T239G0BNsGUIHAwbuighabiguhawg”

They seem to be like this both on my old website( The infected one, can get into dashboard because it is broken).

Are the serials damaged or is there some sort of encyption?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

Serial numbers are kept encrypted on the database.

Can you tell us where are you seeing this type of code (weguhaoiuyg398T239G0BNsGUIHAwbuighabiguhawg) you have mentioned? are they on the new database table or on the serial number table listing from the admin panel?

    Hello again,

This is a screenshot of the database ( Old Website )
    https://prnt.sc/1y9ksb9

And this is a screenshot of the serial numbers on the dashboard on the new website:
    https://prnt.sc/1y9kx8e

The serial numbers used to be actual words and they are converted to this. Do not know if my website infection had anything to do with this.

    Best Regards
