Sergey – impressive support for free!

I had some questions regarding the javascript implementation, and they were forwarded to their second line of support. Sergey was of great help, and clearly explained and resolved my issue quickly. All of my questions were answered and as far as I’m concerned resolved in under 24 hours from the initial enquiry – I’m genuinely impressed.

I have to say I’m VERY impressed by the support, especially as I’m using the free version of the plugin – it encourages me to consider this in the future for other projects, and likely the paid version if the quality of support is anything to go by.
