Serbia and Montenegro calling code problem

Hi,
I just installed your free plugin to use it with Wocommerce and find some big problems:
1.
Serbia and Montenegro as a country does not appear in the list to choose the country calling code. In the settings I can see that there is no flag image for that country, so maybe that is the problem and that is why it does not appear in the list.

2. Serbia and Montenegro are a 2 separate countries.
Country calling code for Serbia is +381 and for Montenegro is +382

It would be good if you could modify and correct the above mentioned in the plugin, otherwise we cannot use it, as we have customers from these countries.
