Sequential order numbers are skipping

    Since last week, I’m having issues with the sequential order numbering: the order numbers are skipping and the order numbers in my payment plugin do not correspond with the order number in the admin. Also the emails sent about the orders are showing another number, so I have 3 different order numbers for 1 order.
    I don’t know if this is an issue with the Booster plugin, bt any help on how to fix/avoid this problem would be welcome.

    If possible can you confirm if you are using the latest version of the plugin or not? Because We have fixed this bug in our latest version. Please let us know if you already using the latest version and still facing the issue. You can provide us module configuration screenshot too. So, we can check.

    Apparently not, I was using 5.4.5 , did not get an update notification in the site, yet. I updated manually now.

    I did some tests with new orders, but it is still skipping 1 number.
    When going from checkout to payment, apparently the order number is created, this is registered in my payment process (Mollie) (let’s say order-9545) – after payment is made and user returns to order confirmation, the order number increases 1 step to order-9545
    Before it was randomly skipping order numbers, now it just increases 1 step after payment, also rendering the function useless, because we can’t see a connection between admin and payment provider (except by name).

    After some testing, I was able to get it working again and order numbers are now correct. It must have been a cache problem
