    Hi Guys

I have the had booster installed for a number of years primarily using the Sequential order numbers module.

I deactivated the plugin in the hope of possible achiving the same with some code and reducing the number of plugins installed on the site however; when I deactivate the plugin all my historic order numbers change to completely different numbers.

I need all the order numbers to remain for administration purposes, finding orders , reissuing invoices etc.

Can you help as I assumed this would be an intrinsic feature.

    Rgds

Hi thank you for the reply.

Yes I worked out I need the plugin active but the problem is I don’t want to use the plugin anymore but I also don’t want all my old order numbers to change?

All of the previous order numbers changed when I deactivated the plugin?

How can I stop this happening

    Thanks

    Hi @princejammy

    Thanks for your message.

But sorry, plugin and module should be activated to use functionality. If you deactivate then it will stop applying our module functionality, and it will show as per woocommerce default flow. Let us know if you need further help.
