Sequential number based on product ordered

    Hello,

    Is this possible with Challan?

    We have two products in our Woocommerce store, “Product1” and “Product2”. A user can only place an order for one of them at a time.

    On our invoice we want a seperate number for each product that increases by 1 every time an order is placed. For example:

    Customer buys “Product2”, on the invoice it says “Product2-0001”.
    Another customer buys “Product1”, on the invoice it says “Product1-0001”.
    Another customer buys “Product2”, on the invoice it then says “Product2-0002”.

    Etc.

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, Challan doesn’t support generating separate sequential numbers for each product on the invoice at this time. Our plugin allows for only one sequence as the invoice number. Therefore, achieving the specific format you described, such as “ProductX-0001“, isn’t possible with Challan currently.
