Sequential invoice numbers

    Hi! First of all, very nice plugin! Congratulations!

    But i’ve a problem, I cannot manage to get the sequential invoice numbers to work. This year, the invoice number started at number 5 (which is weird, but ok), but the next invoice got the number 12. After that, i deleted the invoice number 12 and did a reset with starting number “6”. It worked, but the next invoice generated was 15 (absolutely random).

    Yesterday i did a reset again and i manage to get the 15 to number 7. But today i’ve received two orders, and one is number 16 and the other number 18…not a clue about what’s going on…

    Any ideas? It’s driving me crazy..;)

    Hi,

    I had the same “problem” and it also made me crazy.
    In fact, I think the problem is commercial. It is voluntary, to “force ” buying the premium plugin in to unlock the sequential order , or purchase the plugin ” Sequential Order Numbers Pro” of wooctheme.

    I already bought a plugin in CodeCanyon that works like a charm!
    It’s woocommerce-pdf-invoices. I had to pay, but not too much and the problem it’s solved!

    @rampau sorry, was very busy. Glad that you found a solution. Would love to help you out.
    @jibograf let’s be very clear.. This plugin isn’t related to any other plugins of (paid) WooCommerce/WooThemes or others and doesn’t force someone to buy them in any way. I’m spending a lot of free time to develop new features and supporting users, only didn’t find the time to look into the sequential problem.

    I’m doing everything I can to fix the problem, just need to find the time.

    @baaaaas I’m soooo sorry about my mistake. Ok, it’s clear now. I was thinking that because I saw it on another forum. It was many months ago, I can’t find it now, if I find it I tell you.
    I’m sure you’re doing so good job and thanks for your support and your time to offer us free tools like that. I hope you’re gonna find a solution with this sequential number order.
