    Yes, use

    #scb-wrapper ul {float: right;}
#scb-wrapper ul#scb-directs {float: left;}

    and set float to none for mobile devices with media queries.

    The two items moved to the correct sides but they also are no longer inside of the top bar. In Google chrome (only) the icons are also stacking on top of each other. No stacking issues in the other browsers. Please advise.

    That code can help to display the bar background:
    #scb-wrapper { overflow:hidden; }

    For the stacking issue I do not have any solution, sorry.
