Seperate folder for each user not workung

    I chose the option “Enable separate folders for each user”. But when a user uploads its files, all the files are uploaded into the public folder. In the permissions settings i gave every user his specific folder path. But it’s still not working. Thank you for your help.

    Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    We’ve identified the cause of the problem, and we’re addressing it in our upcoming update. In the meantime, please ensure that in the “Permissions by User” section, you’ve set the specific folder path(You must create a separate folder for each user) and commands for each user correctly and remove the public folder options path, URL.

    Once the update is released, this issue should be fully resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
