Seperate fields with headings

Hi,

I like this plugin very much. I have 2 questions for you now.

I need to create a data entry page for callcentre agents where I work. I need to be able to group certain fields and give them a heading. How can I do that? Create different forms all adding to the same table when done?

I may need a bigger and better version of this data entry system some later on, are you open to work like that?
