Separating the Variations from the Add to Cart button

I’m using the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.

This is a sketch of what I want it to look like.

I want to show the variations in the middle section but the quantity and add to cart button in the right column.

Hopefully that makes it more clear.
