Separate wpdiscuz from the default comments

we have an issue. We run My listing theme and there are comments implemented as reviews. You can see it here https://main.mylistingtheme.com/listing/liman-restaurant/ just click reviews.
If you visit the blog page then the comments using wpdiscuz works fine, like here https://main.mylistingtheme.com/one-thing-separates-creators-from-consumers/ The comments are simple and wpdicuz works fine here on our site.
However, for the main listing, we would like to have comments below the main content like you can see here https://imgur.com/a/2UiDyCk
However, that is used with the code put into functions.php and calling the shortcode from the php file directly.
If we use the default version of the comments on the site then below the content there is fully visible the section with the stars, rating etc. But we need just the comments, nothing else.
Is there an option how to put the wpdiscuz comments not using the default system which is not compatible here? We need to keep both, the reviews and the comments.
The theme devs just said that I can have either that or that but not both. Can you help me from your side to possibly adjust your plugin to make it running?
