Separate value/label for checkbox

Hi, Is there an option to have a different label/value for a checkbox than what is displayed on the form? Specifically trying place a unique ID in place of check field when its emailed.
Like this:
<label> <input type="checkbox" value="OPT 1 - ID#1231"> OPT 1</label>

OK, so after searching more than necessary, i found that by adding a pipeline, it will separate the options from what is emailed. Id suggest making a separate section just for that option and not specifically just for emailed recipients as it would have never occurred to me to check this.
