Separate signups based on page

You can use the Groups extension:

Then you can assign sheets to one or more groups, and use a simple shortcode argument for the group to display all the sheets for that group on a page… then each group can have its own page. Groups can be thought of as “categories” for this kind of display of different sheets on different pages. A sheet can belong to more than one group, so if you do have sheets you want to display on more than one page, it works that way as well.
