Separate PHP file for the contstants

thanks for the great plugin!

I have one (not too important) developer request/tip, though: Could you put the “define” block from the “video-thumbnails.php” into a separate PHP file? Then your plugin would be better extendable via third-party plugins.

I mean thanks to your OOP approach this already works great. But it’s not always possible to ensure the order in which plugins are loaded. At least I ran into the problem (video-thumbnails-addon-rytv-1.0.0.zip) where I had to define VIDEO_THUMBNAILS_PATH before your plugin was doing it. That causes an “already defined” notice or something like that. Sure, it still works but could be cleaner ??
