    one more question, How can I insert a simple text or html between the form and the submit button using the mw wp form generator? I can’t find any element from the generator to accomplish this. Or should I create the form manually?

    Nevermind, I got it all figured out. By just manually creating the layout and deactivating the MW WP generator.

    Sorry for my late response.

    Indeed, in MW WP Form Generator it does not have the ability to add any of the string between the form and the button.

    Need manually create or customizing by javascript.

    Yes, I figured. I just deactivated the generator and had the forms done manually without the generator. Thanks
