Separate payment plugin not found

Hi, can anyone help please. I have emailed the developer but with no response. I understand the payment option has been removed to a separate plugin, but since then, every time I try to add this addon plugin from the ACF Frontend dashboard I end up on a blank page “plugin not found”. Can anyone suggest why this might be occurring. I created a fresh site and the result is the same.
