Separate 'from' and ‘reply to’ fields in settings

I prefer to set email coming from ‘[email protected]’ and set a link to my contact form within the email body (my method of spam control).

I would like to suggest having a separate ‘from’ and ‘reply to’ fields in the email settings so that the reply to link in your default template is not the no reply address.

Also having an option (check box) to include/exclude the ‘reply to’ in the email header.
