Separate contact froms redirect to the same form – how to fix???

Hi, I have built a website for a client and within the website i have used contact from 7, I have created a form for each product the client has available for order. There are about 30 products. Ever since I updated the plugin every contact form filled out now redirects through the same form.
So if a customer places an order for product A, the form comes through as product A. But if a customer places an order for product B, C, D, E etc. the form sent is still from product A. I have checked the shortcodes for each product and it corresponds to the correct order form , but still is not working correctly. Please help as this is affecting my clients business badly!!!!
