Separate blog & news -pages with a plugin

Is there a plugin which would allow admin to insert separate news-articles so that these news would not be shown in blog and vice versa?

I would also need it to have a separate sidebar that lists all the news and nothing from the blog. When one row is clicked from it, it is opened and still the news-sidebar is shown (not the blog’s sidebar).

I’ve tried several plugins but none of them did the trick ??
