Separate author post and pages?

  • For a company blog all employees can post, but only some people can post pages (so not in blog feed) on behalf of the company.

    When these employees leave they are deleted and so are their posts (and pages). Is there a way to delete their posts, but NOT their pages? Rather than going through them all and re-designating all the company stuff to a new username, etc.

    Can anyone help me out with this? Is there a modification in the php I could do? Or a miracle plugin that could do this for me? ??
