• Hello, I am using this plugin from long time and using two payment methods from this Stripe credit card and SEPA direct debit, but from now I can’t used SEPA payment method, it shows deprecated.
    I have subscription products and many customers using this SEPA method, so I need this to use in my all products including subscription.
    Please help ASAP.

    Hi there!

    I understand your concern and am here to help resolve this issue. To assist further, could you please confirm that you’re using the latest version of the Stripe plugin (8.8.1)?

    Additionally, try disabling SEPA in your Stripe account, then re-enabling it to see if that resolves the issue.

    If that does not help, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
