    Hello,

    the payment method SEPA direct debit is not displayed in the order process of subscriptions.

    How can I activate it?

    Hi @wario9k,

    The reason your subscription goes on-hold for SEPA renewal payments is because SEPA is a asynchronous payment method. It can take several days for the payment to clear and the charge.succeeded webhook event to trigger.

    So, the renewal order is placed on-hold until Stripe issues the charge.succeeded webhook which your site will receive then mark the renewal order as completed which will then update your subscription’s status to active.

    In test mode, I don’t believe the charge.succeeded event is ever triggered for SEPA, that only happens in live mode.

    Is there any chance that the subscription associated with the SEPA renewal payment stay active, instead of being pending ?
