• Hi there,

we tried to implement SEPA in our WooCommerce store using the standard Stripe plugin. Credit cards and SOFORT are already working fine. SEPA is activated successfully in the Stripe dashboard and the webhook is registered and working as well. However, when we check the box in the WooCommerce Cart settings named ‘Activate SEPA payments’ and hit the save button, it reverts back to the box being unchecked. It won’t save our choice to activate SEPA payments. No information is being stored in the WooCommerce debug logs. Why isn’t it working?

  • Aside from the webhook, you’ll also need to ask your bank for a SEPA creditor ID and add that to your Stripe account.

    Hi @vendojo

However, when we check the box in the WooCommerce Cart settings named ‘Activate SEPA payments’ and hit the save button, it reverts back to the box being unchecked.

I am not sure I know what you mean here as we don’t have any settings named “WooCommerce Cart” and certainly don’t have a setting “Activate SEPA payments”.

    Can you please elaborate?

    Hi @vendojo

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
