If somebody buys sth. via SEPA Bank Transfer and the payment is processed via Mollie, the state will be set to “processing” but no email will be sent like “payment received”.

If you pay via paypal, cc or sth. else this mail will be sent o the customer.
Is this a bug or a fail configuration of me?

    Hi @qhiliqq,

We made some tests and received the emails properly.
The order first goes to the status “On-hold” and after Mollie confirmed the payment, the status switches to “Processing”, triggering the WooCommerce mail routine.
Can you please check if it works for you with Mollie in test mode?
If not, I would suggest disabling all other plugins except for Mollie and WooCommerce to make sure there is no conflict with the emails.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

I checked that with a live payment.
In the WooCommerce Logs I find only this for banktransfer payments:

2021-01-29T10:12:27+00:00 DEBUG mollie_wc_gateway_banktransfer: Mollie payment object tr_XXXXXXXXXX (live) webhook call for order 3761.
2021-01-29T10:12:27+00:00 DEBUG Mollie_WC_Gateway_Abstract::orderNeedsPayment mollie_wc_gateway_banktransfer: Order 3761 orderNeedsPayment check: yes, order not previously processed by Mollie gateway.
    2021-01-29T10:12:27+00:00 DEBUG Mollie_WC_Payment_Payment::onWebhookPaid called for payment 3761
2021-01-29T10:12:27+00:00 DEBUG Mollie_WC_Payment_Payment::onWebhookPaid WooCommerce payment_complete() processed and returned to Mollie_WC_Payment_Payment::onWebhookPaid for payment 3761
2021-01-29T10:12:27+00:00 DEBUG Mollie_WC_Payment_Payment::onWebhookPaid processing paid payment via Mollie plugin fully completed for order 3761

paypal, sofort, creditcard does exactly the same but with sending a “payment received” mail… weird…

    Hello @qhiliqq

it is possible to install an SMTP plugin and try it again?

    Best regards
    Andreas
