SEO Yoast Cloudflare 522 Error

Yesterday I updated SEO Yoast plugin. This update crash my post edit page.
I found a problem.

Status Code:522 Origin Connection Time-out
Remote Address:104.24.119.107:80i asked my serwer admin about that but he told me that is some problem with CF.
He done wget directly to app without CF and we get:

This parametr broke everthing.
