@ricardoaraujo330 We checked on your https://floresnocais.pt site and we can see that you are using the premium version of Yoast SEO. If you have purchased SEO Premium you would need to contact us directly at [email protected] for assistance as this forum is reserved for support of the free version of Yoast SEO.

    Hi!
My premium expired so please consider me a user of the free version…

    Hi @ricardoaraujo330,

We understand that. However, we encourage you to switch back to the free version as when new versions will be released, you would no longer have the updates.

If the issue persists when you use the free Yoast SEO 14.4.1 version, we think this is due to a plugin or theme conflict that the metabox no longer loads successfully. Can you please do a conflict check using the steps mentioned here. Make sure that you are running the most recent WordPress, plugins and theme versions, if not, please install any open update and check if the issue persists.

How can I switch back to free version without loosing any SEO from the premium version?

    Thank you

    Hi @ricardoaraujo330,

You can easily deactivate the premium version and then install the free version and activate it. All the settings and previously entered data are gonna be there, as this is stored in your database. Please do know that you would lose the premium functionality, such as redirects, internal linking suggestions, and other premium functionality.

    Hi @ricardoaraujo330,

We are going ahead and marking this issue as resolved due to inactivity. If you require any further assistance please create a new forum topic. Thank you!
