SEO – Where do i write “long tail keywords”?

I am confused about where to write “long tail keywords” in a woocommerce jewelry site – in Alt-text, Meta Title, Image Caption or other places?

Some say it is in main text (product description, etc).

Others say: In title tag, headings (H1, H2,H3).
