    I got one question related to seo title in easy digital downloads plugin.

    On page [downloads] defined for vendors, how can I change title of site to show Vendor name when I come to his profile. Now it stands only like Vendor (which is name of page where shortcode is located). I am using Yoast SEO so on vendor page in title I tried to add %%name%% but it shows name of author who created page and not real vendor name.

    We don’t have any template variable available at this moment that would grab the Vendor name from the Easy Digital Downloads.

    However, thanks for suggesting a new feature for our plugin!     Hi, thank you for answer, but I saw on one site that is done somehow with your plugin.
    They probably added something to functions.php then add it in your plugin?

    How can I add in functions / or what code can I add in functions.php and then link it to title? I have code for example that calls vendors name, how can I link it to title to get something like %%vendorname%% ?

    I found out that $display_name is something that calls for vendors name. Now I need to add it to some code I guess?

    We can’t offer support on custom code (needed to change (core) features of our plugin). Since we don’t want to take the risk that we break your website by suggesting incorrect or incomplete code, we cannot advise you on how to make such changes.
