• Hi,

I’ve read the other support threads here though none of them show a resolution for it, just that it is resolved.

The other shortcodes work just fine, just the auditor one that isn’t working.

I’ve included the URL. For the record, I’ve used both a formated page to my Divi theme AND a purely blank page. It not only does not show up, it removes the wp admin bar.

Also, and this is highly weird, back on the back end editor, after publishing the page for the first time, the shortcode becomes white and gets “<bold?” added to it and becomes white, the text that is, so I have to highlight it even see the shortcode. This is in the back end default WP builder, mind you. I can’t figure out why this is happening to just this one shortcode.

Any chances of an update on this #kickAss plugin?

Lastly, correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the core tweak used to be a part of this one? Seems like it was a few months back when you pulled the plug and made things “free-ish”… For the record, I applaud your decision to juke and jive on your pricing model. Great work on that.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I won’t be using the tools after all. Please ignore the above request.

Thanks for the initial request, and you’re the second person to report a problem this week, so YES there is definitely an update coming and we are aware of a problem.

Although I do understand you won’t be using it, I thought I’d clarify that the Core Tweaks plugin has always been a separate item, intended for use on anyone’s new website, while these SEO tools are more suited for marketing pros (when they work ;).

thanks, and an update should be out shortly…

I know you aren’t using the seo tools plugin now, but I was unable to duplicate your issue with the divi builder where the shortcode turns white and adds that extra code. I was wondering if you used any specific divi module other than the text one?
The only other thing I thought might have caused it would be a plugin that integrates with the visual editor – do you have any plugins like that?

It’s a curious thing that it’s just that one shortcode.

Thanks for any additional info you can provide.

Yes, please elaborate, @3dseo because we’re Divi fans too. Also, you should update to last nights version. It was actually a pretty big upgrade that could inexplicably solve things…
