SEO Ultimate & qTranslate Errors

I noticed that when qTranslate & SEO Ultimate are activated i get this error in my logs. (https://www.seodesignsolutions.com/wordpress-seo/)
PHP Notice: Undefined index: language in /…/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate_hooks.php on line 111
PHP Notice: Undefined index: 00 in /../wp-includes/locale.php on line 257
Setup is WP 3.4.1, no other plugins but qTranslate & SEO Ultimate.
Tested with Default WP Theme same error.tested wp-config.php in multiple languages as base lang with out any change.
All this was tested using MAMP MAC and a local install. Same error appear on my production site.
Also posted in qTranslate support in case it get resolved there. Figured it would be best to double post since people might come here looking for a solution.
