SEO Ultimate plugin data not appearing in source code

I have been SEO-challenged for the past month and just installed the SEO Ultimate plugin today. I am having the same issues that I had with the All In One SEO Pack plugin (that I uninstalled after posting on forums without resolution).

Here are the issues. The meta descriptions, meta keywords, and title tags I entered do not appear in my source code. In fact, the plugin does not appear in my source code. I am using WordPress 3.2 with the Weaver 2.1.99 theme. (Within Weaver, I did check the “Use SEO plugin” box in Weaver admin>advanced options>site options.) SEO Ultimate is activated and enabled, too.

I am not trying to change how the site appears to viewers and am not trying to change any URLs. With SEO Ultimate, I just want to include meta descriptions, meta keywords, and title tags. It seems like I am missing a step somewhere. SEO Ultimate has to be enabled or I wouldn’t see it in my dashboard and wouldn’t have all of the editing options.

My site is https://toolsforkitchens.com. I haven’t had keywords appear in my title tag since I created the site over two months ago and would be grateful for any help!
