• I have been searching for a few months on this now with no luck. I have bought several Yoast extensions and have very much enjoyed their work. I’m turning to forum in the hopes someone can point me in the right direction.
    I’m getting this warning:
Warning: Title display in Google is limited to a fixed width, yours is too long.
-no my title isn’t too long.

In addition the plugin is getting in the way of my theme functions and hovering over the ?’s by the SEO functions does nothing.

    Thanks, Cheers.

How long are your titles when you get the warning message?

And also with the second part, you can move the modules around, so if your want, click the title and drag the theme functions box above the yoast box.

    Ryan,
The warning is coming up whether the box is empty, has 5 characters, or 50. The warning is coming up on every single title to include ones that never had an issue. I’ve found a few people around the internet with the same problem but no one seems to know what the problem is. Whatever it is, it is also causing a few minor issues with my theme because when I deactivate Yoast SEO everything is fine.

    Thanks,
    Drew

    Same problems with me
I also find that message when none of the words I put in the title.

Waiting for a response from anyone!
