SEO Title issue

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the first post on this site: https://crittersandcrayons.com/
When the client posted, she accidentally had “chase rainbow in her SEO title. She then changed it to “Stop To See The Rainbow. Then, Chase It.” But when someone pins it or likes it on Facebook, it appears like this: chase rainbowcrittersandcrayons
Is there any way I can change this so it posts the right way?
