for all my urls, this word (????) which means Home is added to the begining of my SEO titles.

It can take up to a week for Google to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled. So for now, we’ll have to wait for Google to crawl your site again.

Google’s cache has now been updated to your preferred title. Ultimately Google will, as you have seen, make the final decision on what they show in their search results.
