SEO Site Score

On AIESEO Site score, my website shows critical issues. I am scoring a 75,

This critical issue has been updated and changed many times, but AIOSEO is failing to recognize the changes:

“Your meta description is 339 characters long, which is too long.”
I have changed my meta description many times, even going so far as to completely remove any meta description, but yet it still shows a meta description that does not exist and gives me this error.

“The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site.”
I called my host provider on this, they said it’s working. I added redirect scripts to my .htaccess file, didn’t change. I get this critical error no matter what changes are made.

I have cleared my cache, deleted all browser cookies, have tried it on different computers….all with the same result.

Seems like AIOSEO is not updating as changes are made, and the program is stuck on these critical issues. Is there any fix for this? I do not want to uninstall the plugin and re-install if I will lose all of my SEO data that took me many days to input for each page of my website. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
