    Hi,
If I call up “All pages” the boxes listed under SEO all seem inactive.

Mouse over just shows a tiny ?

At some point, somewhere within my WordPress site I saw an option to suspend Google indexing which I decided to do until site was complete.

    Could that have caused this?
    How can I undo it?

    Regards

    Alan

Can you maybe make a screenshot of what you see? Thanks! Make sure the browser is updated (or try different one). Also clear your browser cache as this might also be an issue.

It is under Settings > Reading > Search Engine Visibility and you don’t have to enable it for TSF SEO boxes to work properly. In other words, I don’t think this is the cause of your issues.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the response.
I am enclosing the screen shot.
Unfortunately the moment I move the mouse off those SEO blocks the “?” disappears.
I have tried clearing the cache and a different browser. No luck.
What puzzles me is that those blocks have been working perfectly for days now.
    Regards
    Alan

Sorry, I just checked what you wrote:
” It is under Settings > Reading > Search Engine Visibility and you don’t have to enable it for TSF SEO boxes to work properly.”
That was not what I did. That block still remains unchecked.
It was an option that allowed me to turn off Google Indexing but I just can’t find it again.

All right, it looks like this is a browser issue and we will investigate it. Can you tell me, what browser you are using and version (for example Internet Explorer 9)? It looks like older Internet Explorer or Maxthon or something. You will find it under Tools > About or similar menu.

In the meanwhile, I recommend using either Firefox, Chrome or Vivaldi. If the bug is still present in another browser, you should deactivate all plugins and activate them one by one next to TSF to rule out compatibility issues.

    Hi,

    Internet Explorer 11
    Version 11.248.16299.0

I will try other browsers and report back.

    Thank you for your help.

Hi @alananderson, thank you for your patience — I just tested IE11 and indeed, there is styling issue with IE11 and TSF. But worry not! We support IE11 and we will fix it, but we are going to need some time to do that. I’m sorry for any inconvenience and THANK YOU very much for bringing this to our attention.

If it is not much trouble for you, use other browser until we fix the problem ?? If you like Internet Explorer and if you are on Windows 10, you can use Microsoft Edge, spiritual successor or any browser I mentioned above.

If you want to track the status of your issue, you can follow it on github.

If you have any other questions, ask ??

    Thank you very much.

    I appreciate your responsiveness.
From my point of view it is not terribly urgent as my website is not complete.

    Good luck.

    Hi Alan,

Thank so you much for the bug report.

There was an error converting the JavaScript file to be compatible with older browsers.
This means nothing works as intended on IE11, and I highly recommend using a more modern browser until he fix is released.

The fix has already been instated and will be released tomorrow.
We’re delaying the release by 24 hours waiting for any other bug reports that might need fixing.

    Have a wonderful day!

TSF 3.0.5 has just been released, and so I’m marking this topic as resolved.

Thank you once again for the bug report. ??
