    Hi there,

One of our clients is using AIOSEO and noticed that a particular post type is showing 0/100 against all recently added posts, despite title/meta/content etc being added. I have opened up another (older) existing post within the same post type which shows a score of 63/100 and compared them side by side and they’re practically identical save for the difference in score. Do you have any idea why this would be?

I did find an old forum post on a similar topic which is marked as resolved however this is a current issue for us in version 4.1.2.2

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @joshbedford ,

Can you please check whether you have added a focus keyphrase for the post?

The TruSEO score will be displayed once you’ve entered a Focus Keyphrase. Once you enter a Focus Keyphrase and any Additional Keyphrases, All in One SEO can analyze your content and display a score and recommendations in the Page Analysis area.

For your reference, here is our documentation on this –

That’s what I thought, but older posts I’m comparing with that have a score do not have a focus keyphrase either. These are seemingly identical to posts within the same post type that do not show a score. See example of a post with score but no focus keyphrase here.

Are you facing this only with some old posts or the latest ones too? If you’re facing this only with some old posts, you’ll need to edit them and just click on the Update button without necessarily making any changes and that should update the score.

The score you see for each page or post is based on the Page Analysis and any score you have from your Focus Keyphrase and Additional Keyphrases. So if there’s no focus keyphrase present, the score is calculated based on the Page Analysis.

Hi @shivamtyagi, it is happening with both old and new posts. None of them have a focus keyphrase, yet some show a score and others don’t. They all have the same fields completed and very similar content between them, so I can’t see any reason for those without a score. Similarly this is the case for both drafts and published posts – there are posts both with and without scores across both draft and published content.

    Thanks
