SEO Optimized Images Business Plan version isn’t adding alt tags

the SEO Optimized Images Business Plan version isn’t adding alt tags to featured images as the specs say it will. The support forum for that version isn’t working, either.
Does anyone know how / where to get support for the pro version?
Or, how to fix this?
