SEO not reflecting in search

  • Hi there

    I’ve set up ProsePot.com and done SEO using this plugin by following a few tutorials online. However, the search results are the same as it was before SEO i.e there is still no meta description, prose<space>pot still doesn’t yield any results and individual posts don’t show up when searched for.

    Here are my active plugins-

    Better WP Security
    CloudFlare
    Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Jarvis
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Limit Login Attempts
    Livefyre Realtime Comments
    WordPress SEO

    Is it possible that this issue is due to ne of the plugin? Or is it something else?

  • Thing is, the modifications you made won’t be reflected immediately. It may take Google anything from a few weeks to a few months to re-index everything on your site. The frequency depends on the page popularity and the authority of your site in general. Long story short, if you id it just a few days ago, just take your tim and check back in a week or so.
