Hello, I’v tried to use the GDPR Cookie consent plugin on the site I’ve built with DIVI. Great was my surprise when analyzing the SEO of my content and discovering that “Cookie” had become the primary keyword because it appears on every page. This is a side effect I don’t want obviously, so what can I do about it ? I removed the plugin for the moment.
    Thanks for your help

    Philippe

    Hi @pblondeaux,

As per our understanding, the SEO analysis tools will look for mostly used keywords in your site and rank them up based on the frequency of usage. As the privacy policy has many words like cookies, consent, etc in the content, it will be showing up prominently. It is better you contact your SEO analyst to help you out on this regard.

This is problematic. I raised this issue 3 months ago, and after tearing my hair out competing with non-relevant keywords generated by the plugin, I had to disable it.

Is there a potential resolution for this in the future?
