Update these lines

$params[0]['before_title'] =  '<h4 class="widget-title subheading heading-size-3">' ;
$params[0]['after_title'] =  '</h4>' ;

to

$params[0]['before_title'] =  '<div class="widgettitle">' ;
$params[0]['after_title'] =  '</div>' ;
