SEO info columns in All Pages/Products/Posts in Admin Interface

Since installing this SEO plugin the View All Admin interface for my site content has only become more difficult to view.
The SEO columns associated with the plugin ( Meta description, Focus KW, and SEO title are making the Content box very long as it shows the full text,so i can only see 1 post in my viewing area.
Here is a picture i took as an example.

Is there a way I can not include those columns to display?
