SEO for front Page is not working

    I am using a page named “Home” for the front page. It is not a static Page though. I use the latest posts option for the front page. the Pgae named Home is having meta description and keywords. but still it doesnt work.

    How to get it fixed so that the pront page automatically finds the SEO keyoword from the available content itself.

    Please help.

    If I am doing something wrong please do suggest what are the best practices for frontpage SEO in terms of Yoast.
