SEO errors/problems

Hello to all,
I am a novice in the sector and for this I need your help.

I created my site and I would like to index better for search engines. I created my site with wordpress starting from a theme. The theme uses a builder (WPBakery) to compose the pages.

Although I follow all the suggestions of Yoast SEO continues to give me nonexistent errors.

The key phrase set is: Personal Trainer Milano
