SEO effect transfer header info, slogan etc. on other domain

  • Dear Team!
    I had to change my domain for an eventmanagement platform and would like to keep my Header info, slogans etc.. To avoid double content I would delete this information from the previous website. Has this negative SEO effect to my new website? Thank you for your support. Stefan
