• This isn’t to report a bug or anything, just a general query that affects using the plugin…
If Comments exist on Posts and as Replies does this affect SEO e.g. considered duplicate content by Google.

Has anyone run in this issue; if so, what did they do to overcome it?
I’m thinking of setting the Comments Forum to “noindex”.

    Thanks
    Gerald

  • Not really. I seen sites that does this (example: IGN). Their seo is fine.

I think it should be fine

I have wondered the same thing about duplicate content and SEO. This is why under “Content of topic first post:” I have been putting the permalink only. With the way WordPress treats permalinks now, it looks pretty.
