All of the SEO disappeared from my client’s site. ??

I had uploaded some huge files that maxed out the storage space on the site. Now the SEO on everything is simply missing/back to default. I restored a backup, to no avail.

Am I screwed? Is there somewhere specific where that info is stored in the database? Maybe I can go back further and find it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We are sorry to hear that you don’t have access to the SEO of your website anymore after a certain action you have performed on your website. We understand that you have restored your website but seeing an error. Let’s see what’s going on here.

The error you are seeing is related to the indexable feature. Can you please delete the existing Yoast SEO copy on your website and reinstall it again to see whether this resolves the issue for you?

    (@jess888)

I did try that, but it did not resolve the issue.

    Hi @jess888 ,

Sad to hear that re-installation did not fix the errors. Can you please try resetting the indexables by doing the following:

    1. Install the Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Click on the “Reset Indexables tables & migrations” button

Let us know how it goes.

@jess888 We just released an update to the Yoast SEO plugin (version 15.2). Can you please try updating to version 15.2 and let us know whether this resolves the issue?

    Thread Starter jess888

    (@jess888)

    I am using 15.2 currently.

    Hi @jess888,

We’re sorry that you’re still seeing an error after restoring from a backup.

To see if this is due to a conflict with another plugin or theme, we’d like you to test to see if this still happens if you?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

We recommend doing this on a staging site or using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin on a production site.

We have a step-by-step guide here:?How to check for plugin conflicts.
