The SEO box in the product editor page and on other wp pages isn’t properly loading. It shows, but the green loading circle moves without stopping :).
I’ve tried using Health Check and followed all the steps – with Woocommerce and Yoast SEO activated and all other modules deactivated the problem persisted. Tried using IE, same thing (using Chrome usually). In the right column of the product editing page it says: SEO – unavailable, the other option (Readability? – not sure because it’s translated to Romanian) is green.

All this began after moving the WordPress files from a subfolder to the main domanian (it was carucioare-copii.ro/magazin , now it’s carucioare-copii.ro). Before the move everything was working properly. I’ve cleared cache multiple times, disabled the module and deleted, reinstalled, imported settings – didn’t work.

I’m using php 7.1 (tested with previous versions, too)
    Using Storefront child theme.

Thank you for your help. ??

  • Hi,

We would like some more information.

    A. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v9.5? If you update, does the issue resolve?

    B. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    C. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.0.3? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    D. If you go to SEO-General-Features and scroll down to the last feature (called Beta) and disable it, does the issue resolve?
