    Hello!

I am using Yoast and I have a report from SEMRush which tells me 198 pages on our site (seems like just the blog pages) have “more than one H1 tag”, but I can’t seem to find that. I’m guessing there is a way to correct this maybe in the theme?

    Any help would be awesome.

    Thanks!

Upon checking the page source of the given page we noticed there are following two instances of <h1> tags visible.

    <h1 class="logo"><a href="https://www.nepalyouthfoundation.org/">Nepal Youth Foundation</a></h1>

    <h1 class="page-title">Blog</h1>

If you remove and apply another relevant subheading tag on the above topics, then it should resolve the warning.

Thanks so much Suwash! However I don’t totally understand. Can you tell me where I would be able to remove and apply another relevant subheading tag?

Would I change this is the theme? If so, can you tell me where?

    Thank you,
    Shelby

The relevant codes are part of your currently active theme. We are afraid to say that if you’re not familiar with editing the core theme files, you won’t be able to find them. Therefore, we highly recommend you please reach out to the currently active theme support and ask them to change the logo H1 heading to something else.

Thanks so much Md Mazedul! I’ll do that.
